She embarked on her healthcare journey as a Certified Medical Assistant, gaining invaluable expertise across different units such as the PCU/ICU. However, her deep-seated desire to provide specialized care to individuals facing mental health struggles prompted a transition to become a Mental Health Tech (MHT). Today, she focuses on delivering compassionate support to mentally disturbed patients using her skills and knowledge to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Jennifer's unwavering commitment to personal growth and professional development is evident as she pursues additional training at Light University to become a Certified Life Mental Coach. Her ultimate goal is to empower individuals grappling with mental health issues, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and unlock their true potential.
