Terri Mwangi is an experienced human resource professional with 19 years’ experience of which the last 14 have been in the non-profit sector. Her expertise includes strategic human resource planning, legal compliance, employee benefits, compensation among others. Terri is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and holds professional certification from both SHRM (SHRM-SCP) and Human Resources Certification Institute (SPHR). Terri also has a law degree; she is the owner and President of Immigration Justice Project, a non-profit organization in Florida that specializes in immigration consulting. Terri is passionate about seeking resolutions that make our immigrant communities safer and stronger.
